We work with your teams in focused intervals over the course of 4-8 weeks. We will go through 3 short phases, i.e., Briefing & Discovery; Co-Design & Development; Refine & Excel.
1. Briefing & Discovery
During the Briefing & Discovery phase, we refine goals and objectives with the team leader and other stakeholders. We will assess the current team performance and operation module and conduct surveys, sit in on team-meetings, and observe your current system in action.
2. Co-Design & Develop
During the Co-Design & Develop phase, we will share the results of the strengths-based assessment and start working with your team(s). Together, we will develop new forms of collaboration and practice desired behavior.
3. Refine & Excel
During the Refine and Excel phase, we will observe team meetings again and finetune as needed. At the end of this phase, you will enjoy measurably improved team/project results and a scalable system.
