This week, we had the honor to re-visit Cochise College in Douglas and Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Six years ago, we conducted a collaborative change initiative at the Douglas Campus that was followed by an Appreciative Inquiry process and skill building workshops for the entire college in the following year. The appreciative, systemic and colalborative approach helped bring dynamic changes about on both campuses. It was an honor to to visit the College again and see all the wonderful developments with our own eyes.
